PALTmed Texas and Texas Geriatrics Society strives to provide excellent education and professional development to promote the delivery of quality long term care and geriatric medicine in the state of Texas. Join us as an Exhibitor at the PALTmed Texas Geriatrics Annual Conference, taking place July 31-August 2, 2026 at the Westin Memorial City in Houston, Texas. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet face-to-face with key decision-making physicians and healthcare providers practicing in long term care and geriatrics. We are anticipating 110 attendees comprised of geriatricians/nursing home medical directors, and nurse practitioners.
Participating in this event offers incredible exposure for the investment. This program is designed for physician medical directors, geriatricians, other physicians, pharmacists, mid-level practitioners, RN’s, NP’s, DON’s and other healthcare professionals in long term care anexhid geriatrics. The program includes full-day sessions on both Friday and Saturday. That’s more visual exposure, and the ability to reach more attendees who are looking for the latest products and services to meet the ever changing requirements in long term care.
Cost is $1,200 for a standard banquet table and 2 chairs.

Sponsorship Information/Schedule:
Host a non-competing, breakfast or lunch symposium to introduce your product or service to our attendees on a relevant long term care/geriatric topic. The cost to secure a slot is $5,000. Any costs associated with speakers, food and beverage, and audiovisual equipment are the responsibility of the host company. Sponsors are required to provide meals during the time slot at their expense. The host is also responsible for onsite registration and logistics. These sessions are optional for meeting attendees but will be the only meal provided during that time. Please note that this is a NON-CME/CNE opportunity. Sponsors who also exhibit will receive an exhibit space for $1,100.
